An important natural pearl and diamond necklace, the six hundred and sixty eight pearls accompanied by SSEF Report 90383 stating to be natural of saltwater origin, strung to five rows graduating from the centre, with diameter ranging from 3.00mm to 7.40mm, all to a late Victorian oval-shaped clasp, centrally set with a round old brilliant-cut diamond estimated to weigh 1.00ct surrounded by thirty-two smaller old cut diamonds weighing approximately a further 1.30 carats, all in silver cut-down setting, in yellow gold back, gross weight 81.1 grams, circa 1890.
