A Victorian coral and pearl gold bangle, the front side with a hexagonal panel set with cabochon-cut pink corals, surrounded by seed-pearl frame all set in a geometrical pattern, with a plain yellow gold back with hidden clasp, circa 1880, unmarked, tested as 18ct, measuring approximately 6.5 x 2.5cm, gross weight 70.6 grams.
A wonderful late Victorian bangle. This wide gold bangle is set with a lovely design of lustrous seed pearls and enchanting coral. The pink of the coral and the lustre of the pearls both are contrasted beautifully by the warmth of the gold. This bangle features a hinge and seamless clasp and has a bold and sophisticated appearance on the wrist.
