A suburb and romantic Russian pendant. This pendant is in the shape of a heart, with three layers. The outer later is a heart-shaped boarder of cabochon opals, the inner layer is a heart-shaped border of sparkling old-cut diamonds, and the centre of the pendant is a heart-shaped opal. The opal is exquisite, catching the light with flashes of pastel pink, baby blue, and pale yellow. All the stones are set to yellow gold, which adds warmth to the soft glow of the opals and diamonds. This beautiful pendant would look lovely hung from a gold chain.
