More informationA Regency amethyst and gold brooch in the form of a cross, the five principle oval mixed-cut amethysts and four smaller amethysts, cut down collet set to a closed yellow gold mount embellished with canetille decoration, each arm terminating in a circular-cut amethyst, with brooch and pendant fittings, circa 1820, measuring approximately 6.3 x 5.2cm, gross weight 19.2 grams.
