An Edwardian diamond and ruby drawn carriage brooch, the realistically carved horse drawn carriage with driver seated at the rear set throughout with old European-cut diamonds, all diamonds estimated to weigh 1 ¾ carats in total, the window set with a square-shaped step-cut rock crystal measuring approximately 3.8×3.8mm, the lantern embellished with a small round faceted ruby, with rose gold wheels and horse harness, all mounted in silver and gold, with pin brooch fitting with a roller catch, circa 1900, measuring approximately 4.2×2.7cm, gross weight 9.6 grams.
