During the mid-nineteenth century, new archaeological discoveries led to a widespread interest in the jewellery styles of the ancient world. These lovely earrings emulate ancient Etruscan design with their use of bright yellow gold, delicate filigree work, and sculptural form. Bold and tasteful, these earrings would complement a cocktail dress beautifully.
