A pair of French Art Deco onyx and diamond cufflinks

Description

A pair of French Art Deco onyx and diamond cufflinks, each cufflink consisting of two oval onyx cabochon faces, with nine rose-cut diamonds set diagonally across in a platinum millegrain setting, all set in 18ct yellow gold, to a gold link chain, bearing French gold marks for 18ct gold, circa 1925, measuring approximately 16.5 x 10mm, gross weight 7.6 grams.

A sophisticated pair of oval onyx and diamond cufflinks. The cufflinks feature black onyx with a striking line of diamonds running diagonally across the stones. The glimmering diamonds contrast marvellously with the jet black of the onyx. These cufflinks would make a fine addition to a classic tuxedo.
