A mother of pearl and diamond dress-set, consisting of a pair of cufflinks and four buttons, each centrally-set with an old brilliant-cut diamond to a mother of pearl panel with ribbon and reed style platinum frame, the diamonds estimated to weigh 0.8 carats in total, mounted in platinum and yellow gold, marked 18ct, circa 1920, the cufflinks measuring 1.7 x 0.6cm, the buttons measuring 1.5cm in diameter, gross weight 16.8 grams.
