This stunning dress-set features a pair of cufflinks and four buttons all set with deep blue sapphires which surround a single sparkling diamond to form a quatrefoil design, meaning ‘’four leaves’’. The quatrefoil symbol enjoyed popularity during the Gothic and Renaissance eras and cufflinks were the hight of the fashion during the 1950s.
