A pair of vintage Cartier sapphire gold stirrup cufflinks, the gold chain link in a rope design, each with a hinged bar set with a calibre-cut sapphire on each side, mounted in yellow and rose gold, signed Cartier London, circa 1950, each measuring approximately 2 x 2.3 cm, gross weight 13.16 grams.
