An early 20th century French sapphire, rock crystal and diamond dress set, comprising of a pair of cufflinks, three buttons and two studs, each set with four triangular cabochon sapphires, weighing approximately 0.6 carats in total, separated by millegrain-set rose-cut diamond channels, weighing approximately 0.017 carats in total, mounted in carved rock crystal panels, to 18ct yellow gold backs, bearing French marks for 18ct gold, circa 1920, the cufflinks measuring approximately 1.3 x 1.3cm, the buttons measuring approximately 1.3 x 1.3cm, the studs measuring approximately 0.8mm in diameter, gross weight 20.2 grams.
