A lovely antique stick pin. It features the heraldic badge representing the Prince of Wales, three plumed feathers emerging from a gold coronet. The heraldic details and motto are rendered in detailed enamel. The use of this badge dates to Edward, the Black Prince (1330-1376), but is used today as the badge of the Welsh rugby union as well as Welsh regiments of the British Army.
