Description

A multi-gem and gold pennant flag pin, the triangular shaped flag bearing centrally a cross set with round brilliant and Swiss-cut diamonds, two sections set with calibre-cut rubies and two sections with calibre-cut sapphires, the diamonds estimated to weigh 0.3 carats, the sapphires and rubies estimated to weigh a further combined total of 0.4 carats, all set in white and yellow gold with pin fitting, Italian, attributed to Petochi, circa 1960, later hallmarked 18ct gold, London, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsormark, measuring 2.2x2cm, gross weight 5.4 grams.
