A pair of late Georgian open-work diamond drop earrings, set with three graduating old brilliant-cut diamonds, the principal pear shaped diamonds weighing approximately 3.5 carats the pair, suspended from two old brilliant-cut diamonds within a diamond set scroll design, total weight of diamonds approximately 7.5 carats, set in silver cut down collets to open yellow gold mounts with hook fittings, circa 1830, measuring approximately 4.5 x 1.9cm, gross weight 8.5 grams. Late Georgian earrings in very good condition. Unmarked tested as 18ct Gold and Silver.
