A marvellous pair of cufflinks made in the High Victorian style. These cufflinks each feature a glowing cabochon-garnet beetle decorated with rose-cut diamonds and yellow gold details. The eyes of the insect are rubies, and the red of the garnets and rubies provides a luxurious and striking contrast to the yellow gold of the link and body.
