A late Victorian two-row ruby and diamond bangle, the bangle set with two rows of alternately-set circular old-cut rubies and diamonds, the rubies estimated to weigh a total of 0.85 carats, the diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 0.60 carats, claw-set in rose-gold with pierced gallery, a natural pearl set to each side, to a hinged 18ct rose gold bangle with snap clasp and safety chain, circa 1890, measuring approximately 19 cm in circumference, gross weight 12.2 grams. Victorian bangle in Very Good condition. Unmarked tested as 18ct Gold.
A lovely antique ruby and diamond bangle. The rose gold colour of the bangle complements the rubies wonderfully, creating a warm feel which is offset by the purity and delicacy of the pearl and diamond settings
