A Late Victorian Pair Of Enamel Flower Scatter Pins
A late Victorian pair of turn of the century enamel, pearl and diamond scatter pins, one in the for,m of a flower set with an old-brilliant cut diamond to a green enamel border with four natural pearls, both set in yellow gold with rose gold pins, circa 1900, each flower-head measuring approximately 1.1cm in diamter, the pin fittings measuring approximately 5.8cm long each, gross weight 4.5 grams.
An enchanting pair of scatter pins. Connected by a chain, the heads of both pins are decorated with enamel and diamond flowers. One flower is a four-petal red flower with a glinting diamond at its centre, and the other is a four-leaf clover in green enamel with four pearls around it and a further diamond at its centre. These pins would look handsome pinned next to each other in the lapel of a jacket to add a touch of flora to a suit.
