A French Art Nouveau Pearl And Diamond Ring
A French Art Nouveau natural pearl and diamond ring, the pearl weighing 1.81 carats, accompanied by Gem & Pearl Lab report, stating to be natural of saltwater origin, set between two old brilliant-cut diamonds estimated to weigh 0.8 carats for the pair, within a diamond set surround to diamond set shoulders, all set in silver, to yellow gold mount, bearing French import marks, circa 1890, the head measuring approximately 1.6x2cm, finger size M, gross weight 4 grams.
A lovely and delicate ring from the Belle Epoque era. This ring features an openwork diamond frame accentuated with two sparkling old-cut diamonds, between which is cradled a lustrous natural pearl. The curved shank is studded with further diamonds all set in silver to a warm yellow gold band. This ring captures the grace and elegance of the period.
