A Victorian Sapphire And Diamond Cluster Ring
A Victorian sapphire and diamond cluster ring, the oval sapphire measuring approximately 10.55 x 6.50 x 4.00mm and weighing 2.71 carats accompanied by GCS report stating the stone to be of Burmese origin with no indications of heating, 12 claw set to a cluster of 12 old brilliant-cut diamonds estimated to weigh 1.6 carats in total set in a yellow gold mount with pierced gallery and tapering shoulders, circa 1880, finger size P, gross weight 6.2 grams. This Victorian ring is in very good condition. Unmarked, tested as 18ct gold.
