A Vintage Diamond Set Flower Brooch
A Vintage diamond-set flower brooch, the centre stamen set as a cluster of round brilliant-cut diamonds surrounded by ten petals set with round brilliant-cut diamonds to a graduated baguette-cut diamonds set stem with diamond-set leaf, estimated total diamond weight 11.3 carats, all in white gold mount, circa 1960, later hallmarked 18ct gold London 2016, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsor mark, measuring 6.6 x 4.1cm, gross weight 22.7grams.
A glittering vintage brooch. This brooch takes the shape of a diamond-set flower, set throughout with an array of scintillating diamonds. The flower has a clustered diamond centre and pointed diamond set leaves. The total diamond weight of this gorgeous piece is over eleven carats: it catches the light wonderfully. This brooch is of a similar style to the Williamson Pink Diamond brooch, a favourite Brooch of Queen Elizabeth II’s, made by Cartier in 1953. This brooch would add beautiful sparkle to the shoulder strap of an evening gown.
