A Georgian Blue Enamel And Diamond Ring
A Georgian blue enamel and diamond ring, the oval blue enamel set to the centre with an oval rose-cut diamond, surrounded by six round rose-cut diamonds all diamonds cut-down silver collet-set on enamel, to a rose-cut diamond-set boarder, diamonds estimated to weigh 1.50 carats in total, to a gold mount with tapering shoulders, circa 1800, head measuring 3.7×2.6cm, finger size J, gross weight 22.3 grams. This Georgian ring is in good condition, minimal abrasion to Bristol blue Later ring shank.

A marvellous Georgian ring from the turn of the nineteenth century. This piece features an impressive face of rich midnight blue enamel set with seven lively rose-cut diamonds. The central plaque is surrounded by a further row of glittering diamonds, which complement the deep blue enamel. This statement piece is full of historic charm and beauty. This piece would be a magnificent addition to a silk gown.
