An Italian late 19th century coral stick pin, featuring the bust of cherub realistically carved out of coral, to an 18ct yellow gold pin fitting, circa 1870, the bust measuring approximately 2.5 x 1.5cm, the pin measuring approximately 7.3 cm long, gross weight 5.9 grams.

A charming Italian coral stick pin from the reign of Vittorio Emmanuelle II. This pin features the bust of a plump cherub carved from orange coral. The bust is mounted on a yellow gold pin, which provides a warm complement to the coral. The cherub’s face is realistically carved and rendered in sweet detail.
