A fabulous vintage pair of Tutti-Frutti style earrings. Tutti Frutti style jewellery was popularized by Cartier in the early twentieth century and used carved jewels from India. The name “Tutti Frutti” means “all fruits” and points to the fruit-like appearance of the carved gemstones. This pair of earrings features carved sapphires, emeralds, and rubies, set within a geometric frame of glittering diamonds. Recently, Tutti Frutti jewellery has been worn by Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. A bold and colourful pair of earrings.
