An Important jade and diamond double strand necklace, the hundred-ninety-two jadeite jade beads, accompanied by GCS Report 77111-81 stating to be natural with no indication of impregnation and approximate weight 210 carats, graduating from the centre with twenty diamond-set spacers leading to an Art Deco diamond-set clasp, circa 1920, the rectangular openwork clasp set with three old brilliant-cut diamonds, each set to the centre of a square-shaped diamond-set surround and estimated to weigh 1.6 carats in total, set to a platinum and gold mount with snap fitting, bearing French marks, circa 1920, the necklace measuring approximately 52 x 1.5cm, total gross weight 56.8 grams. Unmarked tested as platinum and 18ct gold. This necklace is in excellent condition.
