This lovely antique turn of the century lillypad brooch. The centre of the lillypads is formed of two old brilliant cut diamonds and elegantly held together by a lustrous pearl-set gold bar. This brooch is emblematic of the early Edwardian period, when naturalistic motifs became popular, and should be worn on the lapel of a smart boucle summer jacket.
