An Edwardian pearl diamond and ruby brooch, to the centre three pearls horizontally set with two swiss-cut diamonds in-between, surrounded by a marquise-shape frame encrusted with calibre-cut rubies and an outer frame consisted of twelve pearls alternating with twelve swiss-cut diamonds, all mounted in platinum and gold, with gold brooch fittings, to original fitted case by Carrington & Co, circa 1910, measuring approximately 36 x 18mm, gross weight 6.1 grams. Unmarked tested as 18ct and Platinum. Edwardian brooch in excellent condition
