A pair of Victorian gold, diamond and enamel drop earrings, each earring set with an old cut diamond to the centre of a gold and blue enamelled star, surrounded by gold frame and suspended by gold hook fittings, the diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 0.2 carats, circa 1870, measuring approximately 3cm x 2cm, gross weight 9 grams. Victorian earrings in excellent condition. Unmarked, tested as 18ct gold.
A lovely wonderful pair of gold and diamond earrings from the high Victorian period. The rich gold contrasts beautifully with the deep blue enamel and a single old cut diamond twinkles from the centre of each of the stars.
