An early 20th century emerald, ruby and diamond triple cross-over ring, the round faceted emerald, weighing 0.25 carats, the round faceted ruby, weighing 0.44 carats and the old European-cut diamond, weighing 0.45 carats, claw set to the white mount with old European-cut diamonds grain-set curved shoulders, further diamonds estimated to weigh 0.35 carats, circa 1900, the head measuring 1.4x2cm, finger size L, gross weight 4.70 grams.
An eye-catching early twentieth century ring. Featuring a triple cross over design with three main stones and diamond-set intertwining bands, this ring is stylish and unique. The ruby is a wonderful pigeon’s blood shade, and the emerald is a fabulously vivid shade of imperial green. Between the two coloured stones is a lively, sparkling diamond.
