A Victorian Garnet And Emerald Ring
A Victorian garnet and emerald ring, to the centre a seed pearl surrounded by four oval faceted purple garnets, flanked with four round emeralds, all rub-over set to a yellow gold shank engraved with scroll and foliate decorations, marked 9ct gold, circa 1880, head measuring 1.1x1cm, finger size J1/2, gross weight 1.5 grams.
A charming and lovely Victorian ring. This ring features a bright and colourful central cluster of emeralds, garnets, and a single lustrous seed pearl. The garnets are a vivid and pretty shade of pink, and the emeralds are a lush, deep green. The band of the ring is ornately carved with scroll designs, providing a beautiful complement to the central cluster. This ring is emblematic of ornate high Victorian style and makes a tasteful statement piece.
