An Important Edwardian diamond tiara, the five triangular sections of openwork scrolling tendril design each centrally-set and topped with an old-cut diamond, the central section set to the centre with an old-cut diamond weight 1.47 carats and to the top with an old-mine cut diamond weighing 3.9 carats, the two hundred-ninety-five remaining diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 20 carats, all mounted in platinum and yellow gold, the five detachable ornaments can be worn as brooches or necklace, accompanied with a pouch with five brooch fittings, screwdriver and chain-necklace, circa 1905, gross weight 88.2 grams.
