A pair of early 20th century Cartier sapphire and diamond cufflinks, each with a round link centrally set with a sugarloaf-cut sapphire, surrounded by twenty-eight old-cut diamonds, with two rectangular-cut sapphires set on the side, the diamonds estimated to weigh 4.5 carats, all mounted in platinum, signed Cartier Paris, circa 1920, the front measuring 1.4cm in diameter and the backs 1.3cm in diameter, gross weight 9.9grams.
