A delightful pair of earrings. These earrings each feature a delicately woven yellow gold basket, inside of which is a collection of miniature flowers. The flowers have wonderful, multi-coloured enamel petals and green foliage around them. The handle of the basket is hung from a detailed yellow gold ribbon, which is attached to the post fitting of the earring. Colourful and charming, these earrings were inspired by novelty basket style earrings of the eighteenth century. These earrings would be the ideal accessory to a smart floral summer dress.
