A charming early 20th century jockey cap stick pin. The first form of a jockey cap appeared in the late 17th century which then evolved into a lighter form which displayed the colours of the jockey’s stable which allowed spectators to distinguish the racers. This stick pin would be a sweet addition to a silk tie or the lapel of a jacket and is perfect for a day at the races.
