A Late Victorian Small Diamond-set Tiara, consisting of eleven old mine-cut diamonds graduating from the centre, five of them flanked with trefoil diamond-set decorations , to openwork silver and gold scrolls, the base in the form of a line set with thirty-three old-cut diamonds, terminating on each side to a small diamond-set trefoil, the diamonds estimated to weigh 9.5 carats in total, all set in silver and rose gold, attached to a silver-gild tiara frame, accompanied by detachable comb fitting, circa 1880, the jewelled part measuring approximately 1.9 x 9cm, the tiara measuring approximately 3 x 14cm, gross weight 23.4 grams.
