Ilgiz F, Jewels inspired by Nature

Ilgiz Fazulzyanov, born in 1968 in Zelenodolsk, Republic of Tatarstan, is a modern master of enamel work and stone-setting. Ilgiz’s work combines three distinctive elements: art nouveau, national heritage, and art deco. By incorporating his Volga Tatar heritage with the early 20th-century styles of art nouveau and art deco, Ilgiz creates highly detailed modern masterpieces. Ilgiz has twice been awarded the grand prize at the International Jewellery Design Excellence Awards, and his work is held in the collection of world-renowned museums including the Kremlin Museum in Moscow, where he had a solo exhibition at in 2016. This exhibition marked the first time a jewellery artist has had a solo exhibition at the Kremlin for 100 years: the last being Faberge.
