A late Victorian pearl and enamel necklace, the openwork scrolled design top with white and black enamel decorations embellished with fine champleve blue, green, and yellow enamel decorations, centrally-set with a small old-cut diamond, surmounted by a small pearl, suspending a shell-shaped dropped with pink and yellow champleve enamel decorations centrally-set with a round peal, suspending a small pearl drop, all mounted in rose gold with gold chain and bolt-ring clasp, c. 1895, the centrepiece measuring 3.3 x 3.8cm, the necklace 40.5cm long, gross weight 8.1g
