More informationA mid 20th Century emerald and diamond three-stone ring, the central emerald-cut emerald estimated to weigh 1.5 carats, accompanied by GCS Report stating to be of Colombian origin, millegrain rubover-set to the centre to a palladium scalloped mount, to the centre of two old-cut diamonds, the one weighing 0.96 carats of J colour and SI1 clarity, the other weighing 0.85 carats of H colour and SI1 clarity, accompanied by De Beers Grading Reports, each claw-set to a crown collet, to a tapered D-section shank, circa 1950, later hallmarked 950 palladium, London, 2012, head measuring 0.8 x 2cm, finger size K, gross weight 2.6 grams.
A stunning emerald and diamond ring. This striking piece features a central 1.5 carat Columbian emerald with a gorgeous verdant colour typical of the gemstone’s locality. Flanking the emerald on either side are two lively round brilliant cut diamonds. This ring would make a perfect engagement or cocktail ring.
