An early 20th century ruby and diamond cluster ring, to the centre an old brilliant-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.2 carat, surrounded by six oval faceted rubies estimated to weigh 0.6 carats in total, accompanied by Gem & Pearl laboratory report stating to be of Burmese origin, with no indication of heat treatment, to a scalloped shaped border set with small old brilliant-cut diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 0.6 carat, all grain-set to a gold mount with openwork gallery and D-section shank, circa 1910, later hallmarked 18ct gold, London, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsormark, measuring 1.9×1.3cm, finger size E, gross weight 2.3 grams.
