A mid-20th century cat’s eye chrysoberyl and diamond cluster ring, the round cabochon-cut chrysoberyl estimated to weigh approximately 4 carats, bezel-set within a cluster of fourteen old brilliant-cut diamonds estimated to weigh ½ carat in total and assessed to be of G-H colour and VS2-SI1 clarity, claw-set to a platinum mount, with fleur-de-lis bifurcated shoulders engraved with scrolling detailing, tapering to a D-section shank, marked PT, inventory number 3345, circa 1950, measuring approximately 2×1.2cm, finger size O, gross weight 4.3 grams
