An Art Deco diamond solitaire ring, the round transition-cut diamond weighing 1.24 carats of I colour and VS2 clarity, accompanied by De Beers Grading Report, four claw-set to a platinum mount encrusted with old-cut diamonds and finely engraved shoulders, circa 1920, the head measuring 0.8x1cm, finger size L, gross weight 2.9 grams.
A dazzling Art Deco ring. It was made in around 1920 and features a scintillating central diamond elegantly set in a platinum mount set throughout with further diamonds. The shoulders and mount are intricately carved, giving this gorgeous piece antique character. This piece would make an ideal antique engagement ring.
