A vintage ruby and diamond cluster ring, the oval faceted ruby estimated to weigh 1 carat, accompanied by GCS report stating to be of Burmese origin with no indication of heating, surrounded by ten round brilliant-cut diamonds estimated to weigh ¾ carat in total, all millegrain-set in platinum to yellow gold openwork gallery with cheniered shoulders and D-section shank, finger size N ½ , measuring 2 x 1.4 cm, mid-20th century, gross weight 3.6 grams.

A ruby and diamond cluster ring. This elegant ring features an attractive unheated Burmese ruby at its centre. The ruby is bright and lively, surrounded by ten round brilliant-cut diamonds, each delicately millegrain-set in platinum to enhance their brilliance.
