A nineteenth century gold, enamel and diamond demi-parure, composed of a necklace with detachable centrepiece in the form of an Imperial Eagle with outstretched wings pavé-set with rose-cut diamonds with red gemset eye, grasping two cultured pearls in its talons suspending two necklace extensions with rose-cut diamond and blue enamel pavilion finials to a fancy link backchain, similarly set earpendants, the eagle slide on a matching chain with gauntlet surmounts, in fitted case, circa 1845, gross weight 5.4 grams.
