An Edwardian diamond and pearl-set tiara/necklace, consisting of eleven knife-edge bars graduating from the centre, each embellished with old-cut diamonds in cut-down collet settings, connected with twelve arches with diamond-set foliate motifs, topped with a single pearl and bezel-set diamond, the base consisting of seven floral clusters, each set with five old-cut diamonds and a pearl to the centre, each connected with a single old-cut diamond collet in-between, the diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 2 ¼ carats in total, the largest pearl measuring approximately 5mm, all mounted in gold and silver, attached to a silver-gilt tiara frame and accompanied by silver and gold chain set with sixteen rose-cut diamonds, to convert to a necklace, circa 1900, measuring 2.5 x 12.5cm , gross weight 25.9 grams, complete with a Bentley & Skinner fitted case.
