More informationA late 19th Century French natural pearl and diamond tiara, the fringe graduated from the centre formed by twenty three knife-edge bars, each set with two diamonds in cut-down collets terminating to a single pearl top, accompanied by GCS Report 77102-26 stating that the pearls are natural of saltwater origin the bottom set with thirty-seven old-cut and eight rose-cut diamonds in the form of a line, the old cut diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 15 carats, all set in silver to rose-gold back, to gold later tiara frame, with rose-cut diamond encrusted back section to be worn as necklace, gross weight 59 grams, circa 1870,
