An Art Deco emerald and diamond marquise plaque ring, to the centre an octagonal-cut emerald estimated to weigh ½ carat set between two smaller shield-shaped faceted emeralds estimated to weigh ¼ carat each, all surrounded by two rows of old European-cut diamonds estimated to weigh 1.7 carats in total, all grain-set in platinum to an openwork gallery and triple-split shoulders and a D-section shank, circa 1920, measuring 2.6 x 2.4cm, finger size T ½ , gross weight 6.1 grams.
