A striking emerald ring. This ring features a verdant emerald weighing an impressive 4.41 carats, flanked by shining trillion cut diamonds either side. The large Colombian emerald is of a fine lush green colour, and contrasts wonderfully with the cool diamonds. Emeralds have long been associated with wealth and prosperity, and Pliny the Elder described the stone’s soft green colour as “comforting” and ideal for removing the wearer’s “weariness and lassitude”. Emeralds have also been used to represent new beginnings as the colour reflects the changing of the seasons with new spring growth. This ring will look perfect with an elegant evening gown. An exquisite ring.
