More informationA pair of early Victorian ruby and diamond cluster earrings, each earring set with a central cushion-shaped ruby weighing a total of 2.66 carats for the pair, accompanied by GCS Report stating that rubies are of Burmese origin with no indication of heating, each set to the centre of a diamond cluster border of 12 old-cut diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of 1.80 carats, silver cut down-set to a yellow gold mount, circa 1850, measuring approximately 1.3 x 1.3cm, with later yellow gold post and scroll fitting, gross weight 4.5 grams.
