More informationAn important Victorian diamond carved half-hoop bangle, the nine old European-cut diamonds graduating in size from the centre, weighing 24.04 carats in total, accompanied by GIA certificates stating their colour to range from L to N, and their clarity to range from VS1 to SI2, embellished with small old round brilliant-cut diamonds in between estimated to weigh a further total of 1/3 of a carat, all claw set to a hand-carved scrolled gold mount, to a hinged yellow gold bangle with a hidden clasp and a safety chain, accompanied by original fitted case by Cathpole & Williams, circa 1890, measuring approximately 6.3 x 1.1 cm, the circumference measuring 21.6 cm, gross weight 24.8 grams.
