Description

A pair of ruby and diamond cluster earrings, each earring set with a cushion-cut ruby, the one weighing 1.10 carats and the other weighing 1.02 carats accompanied by GCS report stating to be of Burmese origin, each four-claw set and surrounded by ten round brilliant-cut diamonds in rubover setting, the diamonds estimated to weigh 1½ carats in total for the pair, mounted in white gold mounts with post and alpha-type fittings, circa 1960, later hallmarked 18ct gold, London, 2023, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsormark, measuring 1.3 x 1.1cm, gross weight 3.5 grams.
