A pair of blue butterfly earrings by Ilgiz F, each earring with a champlevé enameled butterfly, terminating to three sapphire and diamond set fringes, suspended by a diamond-set loop, the diamonds weighing 1.56 carats in total and the sapphires 1.16 carats in total, all mounted in 18ct gold, made by Ilgiz Fazulzyanov, measuring approximately 6.5cm long, gross weight 14.2 grams.
An exquisite pair of earrings made by Ilgiz Fazulzyanov, a widely recognized master in the art of jewellery and particularly enamelwork. Each of these earrings features a stunningly detailed enamelled butterfly from which is suspended three fringes set with glittering diamonds and sapphires. The butterflies feature fine blue and yellow enamel and a white gold frame. The body of the butterfly set with diamonds, as are the earring hoops. The sparkling fringes feature a delicate gradation of sapphires and diamonds, echoing the delicacy of the butterfly. Ilgiz Fazulzyanov has twice been awarded the grand prize at the International Jewellery Design Excellence Awards, and his work is held in the collection of world-renowned museums including the Kremlin Museum in Moscow.
